I do not think Satoshi can do much now as bitcoin is a decentralized system and even Satoshi can not implement changes in it.
Satoshi can however help bitcoin community reach the consensus on various differing issues like BU vs Core.

Actually I don't believe that Satoshi is a real person. I am for the theory that bitcoin was created by a grope of people. But it was interesting to hear what other people think about Satoshi's businesses.

Nothing. Simply creating a noise in the bitcoin world or even just leaving a clue that you are Satoshi might lead to you getting blackmails or even getting kidnapped. You'll be far too rich to reveal yourself if you're Satoshi.

Maybe donate to a charity if there's a website that allows bitcoin users to give out bitcoins without saying their name or any of their whereabouts. After that, I would probably travel as much as I can and do things that only rich people can do. We don't have any assurance that we're going to live a long time in this world so we should make the best of the money that we have. Besides, if we die, our bitcoins will stay in our wallet forever unless someone that knows how to import a wallet finds where your bitcoin wallet seeds are written.

If I were Satoshi, the first thing I would do, is to accept that bitcoin is now beyond me and I wouldn't want to eradicate the legacy I built if I can then after the acceptance, the next thing I would do, is to go ahead and just enjoy the benefit of my labour which according to reports I am worth over $1 million dollars which will be enough for the rest of my life.

Despite your claims that Satoshi practically expected Bitcoin to be a power vacuum and give way to altcoins, I think Satoshi actually aimed for Bitcoin to grow gradually and scale accordingly.

Idk I guess if I had Satoshi Bitcoins I would wait until after the continuous Hardfork then I would start selling all my Bitcoins on all the top exchanges on the chain I did't like. Then I would pass that money thew 6 or 7 shell companies on off shore tax havens and start a new Mining company that made small affordable 100 watt miners. Then under the guise of bad management I would build millions of them without buyers and then sell them at half cost but only sell a max of two per address.  After my companies goes bankrupt I will make all my ASIC architecture free to the public. Then I guess I"d go back to playing minecraft in my 100 million dollar underground bunker.

Well I have been thinking about things that many people are very intrigue with Satoshi and I have come up with an answer that we are the satoshi right now, and just like us I think he is now doing things we are doing to earn bitcoin if he don't own a million bitcoin, but satoshi doesn't have control anymore, bitcoin is getting big because of the many people involve in it.

You misunderstand my stance. I think Satoshi designed Bitcoin to scale as a settlement layer that can handle a $xx trillion marketcap.

Your misunderstanding is because you think Bitcoin has to scale transaction volume and it doesn't need to. It can be the transaction layer, which is much more important from a fungible money perspective than being a transaction coin.

Satoshi Nakamoto is a really great guy, creating such digital currency withkut taking any credit on it is really nice of him. How can a guy like him do not take credit in what he done and be happy and contented with it. If I am Satoshi Nakamoto, I will be introducing myself the same day I inteoduce bitcoin to the world and help the core developers.

If I would be Satoshi Nakamoto, I would stay quiet and calm, and  I would always try to stay anomymous.
Having that big number of bitcoins is probably dangerous, because many different kindes of people eant to get you.

I would wait for 5-6 years before selling coins just to get a better price.
After 3 years I would start selling everyday packages with 0.1 to make them move a little bit.
Obviously it is not possible to sell even 20% of these coins fast, that is the problem.
Slow redistibution is the case i think.

If I was Satoshi right this very moment I'd go out and get pissed out my head in disgust at what my lovely baby had morphed into.

Bitcoin had been fine for several years, I would know that it will overcome all these tight situation.  There is no need to come out and create a massive attention, besides it is always safer to stay low.  Beside from attention it will also cause more problem specially on the political aspect of the coin.

I'd solve the block size debate by allowing the bitcoin algo to be re-written so that part of the million btc stash I premined could be used for block rewards  :)

Then, with the left over bitcoin I'd create borgcoin, which would hijack other blockchains with 51% attacks and connect them into a larger blockchain under the bitcoin network.  After that world domination is a cake walk  :D

I think I will stay as usual, anonymous. I let the people use these currencies after I created it, I did not accept any confirmations so someone can use my digital currency, it is free. So if the system is habe a problem because of the users being blown up, that is not my problem. That is the core problem.

Satoshis migth be drunked or went insane, knowing his baby has turned into such sucess adult and im sure no one expected such thing, and there are several people wich has ignore bitcoin till it reach the news and hit the 1000 dollars unit. He made the hard job, and letf a team to handle the future problems as well improvements required, but nowadays nothing he would say or do would change the destiny of bitcoin.

Threats will be there from different governments rather than any individual identity, because of the innovation he had seeded that's​ now a big tree. I believe if such a threat from individual identity happens already innovators such as big corporate heads could have faced the same. But they are quite free and moving around with different investmena and now they too have started several hyperledger projects.

If im Satoshi i would go off the crypto for good enjoy on some island and drink all the way, watch news and reports about it but never ever get involved in this for long time now.

I would probably just stay in hiding. After hiding for such a long time, I think that it would just be stupid to come out now. Also, what would coming out now do to benefit him anyway? All it would do is attract more attention and people would start following him and his life would also be at risk. Exactly, just remain anonymous from the public eye. I will just watch from behind and look at how bitcoin took off and change the economics of alot of people and country. We all know what have he started, its like a revolution so re surfacing will put his life in danger because government might go after him because of his invention. He may have millions of bitcoin or more, but the risk is showing up is far greater than money. He is a truly an innovator for me.

I think he stands a better chance of helping Japan and the entire community by showing up rather anonymously, because he is a wanted man. You are all imagining many things. Why don't you become a genuine friend of Satoshi and see what he is doing ? Many are called but very few are chosen. I am in line with your thoughts since if I am Satoshi Nakamoto I will be selling my bitcoin once in a while and will build a house, buy huge hectares of lands, build new business and create another altcoin which is much better than bitcoin. And with the earnings that I have from selling millions of bitcoin I will use it to pump my coins and open up local shops and malls that accepts my new altcoin.

Yes satoshi nakamoto is wanted and the government authorities thinks that he is a evil kind of person that created this harmful currency and all of the accusations are directed to him so we can't blame him if he can't reveal himself in the public and help for the progress of bitcoin to be used globally. That would be a bad idea and would be catastrophic not only to his life and for bitcoin itself. To his life because the media will not stop bugging him about bitcoin. Every second of his life will be on hot seat and it would be irritating. He may enjoy the fame but every movement is watched so his private life will be as hell as it can be. Catastrophic for bitcoin because every opinion of Satoshi will matter. The decentralization may be affected because it may become one-sided.

I think that is what he himself will do. Publicizing himself is obviously not a good idea and I am not sure there is much that he could do. Maybe if he thinks Bitcoin will end up going down he should transfer his Bitcoin into cash and leave the scene entirely. In my opinion he wouldn’t really want to do that at all though.

If I were Satoshi, I will find solution for scalalblity issue with long term view and I will ask bitcoiners to hold bitcoins for future use and I will also speculate about bitcoin's future in millions to make people to invest into it.

If a were Satoshi (considering he is an only person) I would stay anonymous because bitcoin is supossed to be decentralized and have no leaders. If Satoshi revealed his identity everybody would ask him about his opinion about all concerns related to bitcoin and he could become a leader.

if you show up and introduce yourself then bitcoin will be centered as you will be offered positions by all countries to be the center of bitcoin. You will not make any difference with Bill Gates or steve jobs, there will always be a reason to make it a commercial bitcoin after you introduce yourself.

That is quite true! Knowing the real founder of bitcoin will affect the bitcoin as a whole. Every opinion you make about bitcoin will affect bitcoin. If your opinion about the fork is positive then there is a great possibility that the fork will happen (that was an example only about your opinion will affect bitcoin). Thus, the decentralization of bitcoin will be eliminated since the king of bitcoin exposed himself.

So you were saying having Satoshi around will kill decentralization?  I don't think so, if ever he will come out and decide something on the political war, I think he will choose to be neutral.  Then still seeking the power of consensus whenever he have a proposal on Bitcoin upgrade.  Aside from that, developer who work hard for decentralization will do their best to preserve it.

As if satoshi has some form of effect on the economies of scale. Satoshi might have invented bitcoins but he isn't some kind of god that can solve every problem in this world. People here tend to worship him like he's their god. When the first paper money was invented, do you guys think that inventor can solve the problems of the world? No one here for sure knows the name of the guy who invented the paper money.

If I were Satoshi, given the present state of things, I would keep my head in the sand. There is too much going on in the bitcoinosphere ATM to add the sensation this would breed. It would hinder, not help, at least right now. He should stay water until after the ETF (if ever) gets approved), and we figure out scaling.

That would be a very good theoretical question. Although yes Satoshi Nakamoto may not have the power to change anything related to Bitcoin but i think as its founder he can have an influence as to the direction and the solutions that should be implemented to make Bitcoin more viable and really level up to its dreamed potentials. The problem with Bitcoin is there is really no single leader here that can influence people who are working for and with Bitcoin. I am talking akin to what the King of Thailand did when the Thailand government can be in disarray (although he is dead already RIP). There is no figurehead in Bitcoin that can easily unify all factions. However, this is really the product of decentralization so one can control Bitcoin. But the problem is that there are group or groups that are pushing their envelops to partly or wholly control Bitcoin.

If I am Satoshi Nakamoto, I will be very happy about the success of bitcoin now but still, I will keep my identity hidden for security purposes. I will silently observing in the bitcoin community. I think that would be the best thing to do.

Well bitcoin can run because of the comunity of bitcoin and not satoshi Nakamoto,
many have changed in codes of bitcoin (innovations,bugs fixing)
so everything depend on the comunity of bitcoin themselves what will doing to bitcoin.

If I were Satoshi, I will help the weaknesses and problems that exist in bitcoin like the length of the transaction confirmation is happens now because I think that makes the tool can easily fix or enhance tools that he made.

If I was Satoshi, considering everything going on in the world and in the community, chances are I would just stay anonymous and watch from the sidelines, since it would likely be a really bad idea to actually step in and see if I would be able to change anything.

Such a reveal would likely result in either a lot of political drama and/or community drama, and there would be way too many people who would want access to what I have. Simply wouldn't be worth the risk. I'd just want to see it play out.

Correct, and maybe if he reveal himself, it might be possible that someone might kill him because of jealousy. Jealousy because Satoshi Nakamoto is a very rich man because of bitcoin, and maybe that is why he hid himself away from the public, and because maybe he doesn't want too much attention. Well a lot of things might be the real reason why he is hiding or change his identity, but all of your thoughts are maybe correct, he might be killed because the government is very jealous of him for doing something like this that the government really want for them selves, and yes Satoshi really is rich right now and maybe have a large amount in his stock and I really think he is a very down to earth guy that don't really want attention from the public eye, and I think even if he is dead bitcoin would still continue as of now because there are many people involve in this system.

Helping japan ? Why are you helping japan to be successful if that country is already successful. Why don't you help the other country to be successful instead in japan. And if i were satoshi i will be staying secret because it's hard to be known by many people because you might be killed because of your billions of money.

Satoshi would be dead the next second he made himself public. Do you really think it's a good idea to not be anonymous when your creation disturbs the status quo? you must remain anonymous. You are also a moving target worth billions, you don't want any fame in satoshi's position.

That is exactly the point why Satoshi Nakamoto stays hidden up to this point of time. First reason maybe is security so that no one will disturb him or threat him because he has tons of bitcoins in his storage. Second probably is that he doesnt need to expose himself but rather he is busy spending his earning in bitcoin everyday and started to establish businesses around the world.

Then if you are the creator of bitcoin why don't use your skills to create a company so that the future can have a legal umbrella bitcoin clear and could make the user or owner of the bitcoin so more, and also great. That is pretty sure what I am trying to say in my post, but that way of thinking is really needed in the community, many have really wants to meet this Satoshi and to know his real identity I really think we don't need to think about it and just go with the flow of earning a lot of bitcoin and let that one slip if we just focus on the creator and not on the way and give new idea of earning bitcoin then I think we can never succeed in innovating and moving forward with bitcoin, I see many promise and we can really develop bitcoin if we can help each other by doing so!

What do I do if I were satoshi? Well, if I were Satoshi Nakamato then I would just do the same thing that the "real" Satoshi does. Cuz I believe what is Satoshi doing now is the best thing for him to do, it's not like this is the perfect thing that can be happening but it's just at least a good thing that could happen.

If I would be Satoshi then probably I'm hiding as of now and would do as much as I can that no one could able to trace me up since I do know whats the risk on letting myself out on the public.If I'm satoshi and hold up 1M bitcoins then I would create my own underground or home that no one could able to trace me up and just spending the money do I have or shall we say make changes on my face.( surgery) hahahah. opps I didn't think that no one knows the face of satoshi,how they would able to know if I'm that person  ;D

If im Saatoshi Nakamoto the creator of bitcoin ,,, probably i will become a millionaire the bitcoin is already successful even if there is no Satoshi Nakamoto and the bitcoin will continue it's success But Satoshi Nakamoto is still the creator of this currency so he can create a many new idea that have great potential of being successful and probably he will receive many advertisement the would give him a high pay and give him many bitcoin projects that have a million investment.

Seriously, I would sell some of it and get involved with altcoins. I believe that we need more than one cryptocurrency, each one being good at one thing. There is a lot of things that can be done with blockchain + crypto concept, and I don't think that only one cryptocurrency (or technology) is enough to handle all demands.

What is wrong about helping Japan? If that's what he as Satoshi wants then let him be. And he also stated that he will continue to help other countries so there is nothing wrong with it. He simply wants to start in his own land before helping others.

So are you telling that you wont be doing anything even if you see that the greatest invention of the century is having some minute issues with the transactions and it could not support the amount of transaction it is receiving at the moment and there are groups claiming to support one rule or the other,i really would like to see him say his opinion in this time as it will be highly regarded by his pure followers and there will be back lash from people who are behind money but at least you can voice your opinion.

I really believe we should avoid the hardfork. its disrespectful to the users. it erodes trust. those who want a hardfork should be the ones taking risk. I've describe this in post.
