I doubt this is a scam though, the items that will come are probably from Philips themselves but the way used to obtain these items is definitely not something legit/legal . I see a lot of services like this one in Mpgh forums, It's called social engineering. I don't suggest using this even If OP deliver the products as you may run into trouble.
