It is a scam, but they are getting away with it since most people don't notice what they are doing.

Thanks," I wouldn't mind so much if it was X amount of time to withdraw your money. But it's like X -/+ 3 days it seems, and I have no explanation for this general error message, and no way to cancel the transfer to okpay. Argh.
