Title: Restore mnemonic phrase (QUITING JAXX WALLET) Post by: toygg on April 12, 2017, 11:53:11 PM I am quitting jaxx wallet since they would not want to solve the stupid max spendable bug for btc. How do I migrate to other wallet with the 12 words mnemonic phrase?

How do I migrate to other wallet with the 12 words mnemonic phrase? You didn't mention on what platform you are using the wallet but the seed should work for Mycelium (Android), Exodus (Desktop - Multi coins) or CoPay (desktop + mobile). Jaxx also follows BIP39 If I'm not wrong, so restoring in Electrum (by checking the option "BIP39 seed" should give you the ability to recover your coins too) Title: Re: Restore mnemonic phrase (QUITING JAXX WALLET) Post by: toygg on April 13, 2017, 09:16:35 AM Thanks! Tried out the Exodus wallet. It is clean and simple but then it did not recover my ethereum correctly.

I'm not sure why electrum isn't just using bip39 for all seeds. |
