It's really not about how safe gambling sites are, is more like how greedy are you and could you control yourself? It may not be of my business but I really don't recommend gambling as you will probably lose everything, probably not right away from starting but you will eventually.
To answer your question now, just google the name of the website + bitcointalk and find the official announcement. (like : "roadbet.com bitcointalk") you will find the feedback of users there for sure.

As been mentioned above its not right to say how safe is gambling site it would be but it would really matter on your greed. Most gambling sites are safe to use if you do know on what you are doing but be sure on to select the most reputable ones because if you deposit on shady sites then expect your money would be gone. Google is always your friend on searching up things and the sites you been mentioned on op seems new to me or I'm just missing out new updates  ;D

If your looking for a sports bet site then the most popular site on this forum are directbet and nitrogensports betting sites. I personally like more directbet because I no need to create any account to bet using that site and also they always provide a quite good and fast support for all the issues. But some members say that their odds are not so attractive so you can try nitrogensports betting site.

there are so many that are safe! and many others that track your geo-ip and scan your computer as your trying to log on. just like gambling its self as it is a "roll of the dice if any site is safe or not.

Betcoin.ag is notorious here on the forums. Though some say it is good and the previous issues were isolated and was resolved, not so sure if it was real. Your other sites seems shady to me as they are unheard of or unpopular. Maybe what you can do is just check out the forums for good gambling sites, there are plenty to see here and are trusted.

If you want to bet with bitcoin than i suggest you to try directbet.eu, sportsbet.io also used to be good but they have got few open scam accusations recently. So i don't like to suggest them to anyone.

I am using this site for few years now without any problem, i use them to bet with perfectmoney not with bitcoin. I have also won few $ on bayern vs madrid match there last night. 

Out of the 4 gambling sites mentioned i've only used coinbet24. From my experience I can say they're okay to use with very nice live odds but the withdrawals sucks because you could only withdraw once every 24hrs.

actually this is my first time to heard that three of sites you mention and i only know betonline.ag although i am not playing gambling in that all sites. if this is your first time to playing gambling, then i think you can search in gambling thread and you can found many safe sites although you can use the link that i am wearing  ;D but i hope you are really careful when you decide to playing gambling because i think 0.1-0.5 btc is big money although maybe its not big for you.

Thank you for answers! Stole money not from me but from me cousin, I show for him bitcoins and say you can play anonymous with bitcoins.. Then I show Betballer for him, I don't know betballer paying or not, becouse when I invest my money in it I lost all of it  :D But me cousin invest and earn about 0.3 (I don't know exact amount) and when he trying cashout his account was closed. I said for him to register in bitcointalk and left bad review about this sportsbook. I feel very guilty for his lost money becouse I said register in betballer  :)

Go start an accusation or something, ask betballer's support why did they closed the account for no reason 300mbtc is quite a lot.

@OP: The words "betting" and "safe" do not fit together very well.
