"Ok, let's try daytrading with one coin bought at ~$80" "I think market will go up. Alright it did! *sold at ~$90*" Then I did this one more time when I was sure it will go up again, worked fine, but then I realized that while I was making money in fiat - I was losing it in Bitcoins. Also I've been averaging 2% return each day, if I kept that up for a year I would be rich. A certain amount of Bitcoins saved in case of a Bitcoin sucess and a (smaller) certain amount only to be traded and make some fiat (only after you have gathered the coins you want to hold, except you were able buy on a real low!). Only really works when there is a random selloff like today when there isn't any lag. Which doesn't happen very often. Just wanted to share that you can still make a loss when gaining fiat, if you think in Bitcoins. |
