Do you have any vacancy for me in your esteemed institute?I have plenty of free time,access to 24 hours internet and pretty good typing speed.I can work for 4-5 hours everyday.

What kind of "e-work" is provided? Like can anyone help with things like marketing, writing reviews of sites that match a specific layout, etc.?

until you can pay 41 dollar/week, with duration 40 hour/week, this mean every hour you can pay 1 dollar
i think is not good rate if full work only receive one dollar every hour

From what I've read I don't think they're looking for workers, They are looking for someone who will buy the services of their e-workers as the title says "Get your own e-worker". But It's confusing because we don't know what an e-worker provides specifically .

I think the op is offering services like data entry, form filling, hard copy documents to soft copy ,captcha typing, marketing  etc.  Because the op has clearly mentioned data entry services. So it must be something like typing jobs as mentioned above .The op should clarify what does he mean by that post. The op just created a post and left the forum, without turning back atleast once.

I'm concerned of the nature of your workers. How have them come to work for you guys full time at less than $1 an hour? (I'm saying less than because obviously you would take a cut)

They work from home and so they don't come to my office. So this saves travelling expenses.
In India <$41/week salary is a lot and a "Data Entry" staff will like the job.

I think you do not know that average wage per hour in India is $0.4.If op provides even double of it I.e $0.8 per hour, he can find many workers.
But for such a cheap rate,I doubt you will find quality workers.

All my eWorkers are Graduates and have atleast 5 years of hands on experience with PCs & Internet. Most of them have some Diplomas on Information Technology. All eWorkers can perform "Data Entry" type of Grunt Works and they can also do some technical works if you can make me understand what your job-to-be-done is so that I can teach it to the eWorker. I hope that this suits you. Let me know what your requirement is.

Quality may be questionable but the workers would be fairly easy to find as the company is based in India so it'd be fairly easy to find workers there who would work for $0.8 per hour.
I assume there would be some was to tip a worker or something if you feel.the rate is too low though.

Just wondering is it okay to hire them to solve captchas i/o data entry.
and if you could provide the rate, how much captchas can be solved in 1 hour, would be great  ;)

Yes, they can be hired to solve Captchas too.
The rate will be the same of $1/hour.
How many Captchas can be solved depends on the types of the Captchas and it can be told when an eWorker actually starts to work.
