There was this feature on FaucetBox, but it didn't work well, as there was a lot of junk faucets on the top with many positive reviews... Maybe because the faucet started very well, and after some time dropped the quality as they alredy got the positive votes and were on the top.
To prevent this, I think the votes could reset every X time, like every week or every month, so we would always have a recently review about the best faucet sites.
