I bet the network send it back to your wallet cause of small fee. Try to have normal/recommended fee in any transaction when you want to send again next time.

Another option would be to use a third party to help out but I forget their name and it costs you some Satoshis either way so I say why not do it yourself. It'll show up as a double spend (because it is) but once the higher fee tx confirms you're good to go.

Every node has different rules and some transaction may not be accepted by different mempools around the network depending on their rules. ViaBTC tend to have a higher fee limit and hence it won't be included in their mempool. However, this does not mean that the entire network has dropped your transaction, its just a few nodes.The transaction is still listed as unconfirmed, maybe in the next days it will get rejected in the whole network then?
