I think HYIP’s are bad at all. You should know when to invest and when to take your funds out. You should also check the site, admin and talk to them.
I think they are a way better than gambling, where you lose it all.

I want to make a site where people can exchage their experience.

To share the experience of a sure loss?! There is nobody who actually earn or gain something from HYIP's, except the devs, the admins and all the shills promoting these craps.
Ofc you care about the money and not for the poor and ignorant ppl, that's why you want to make that site. To promote and drag members in this black hole.

BTW noobie Op, returning 50% of an investment is not profit or insurance! :D
