To make dice site like primedice you have to hire good developer to code a powerful script from scratch or you can buy some running site direct from owner. You can also use white label casino solutions like softswiss to make your own casino.

I wouldn't recommend a dice site because there's already a big competition and many well known sites. If you want a gambling site make your own game or maybe try hosting bitcoin poker tournaments.

But signature campaign is the best way to attract possible players if your site is very new. Eventhough your sites looks good and has new features to offer, but if no one knew about it because it is not exposed to most gamblers then you will not profit. A decent and cheaper advertising can be used through social media campaigns, but this is not enough to get in contact with your potential players. Signature campaigns is still the best advertisement to get maximum exposure.

Hate to be the type of person that's going to say this as I despise the people who do this but if you're going to ask such a big and open ended question like this relating to a business, you really shouldn't be tring to start it.
