I have been searching for virtual card that can be used to verify my US Paypal account but none of the card providers allow US residents to get their cards.

Is there any website that can help in this regards.

This all depends on your experience because you can not verify a USA paypal account without adding your bank account and that makes it difficult and near impossible with vcc however you can get vcc with US billing address when you purchase a US bank VBA cards like Bank of America VBA.

I can't tell for sure If the card works for PayPal or not but If you are a U.S citizen then I highly suggest ordering either BitPay Visa card (https://bitpay.com/card/) or the Shift card  (https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2228646-the-shift-card)which is created by Coinbase. You may want to check the states where you this card is available though as laws in the U.S are very strict and not the same in all states.

if your data are the same, i mean same name , surname and and everything else, i think, you can use coinizy and paypal toghether

Coinizy Visa card is compatible with PayPal indeed but the U.S is not supported as you can see on the front page. He could take the risk and do what he said but he should expect getting his funds frozen at any time with no possibility of getting them back.

I think you can try wirex instead because you can set your vcc address in US address. not tested yet but i made an account in other vcc which is disposable vcc or its just a generated vcc randomly and got verified paypal account..
Like other said coinzy is working but you need to use same info when making paypal to be verified your paypal account..

Thanks to you all for your contribution, I have actually tried coinizy and some other virtual card which US is not on their list.

I will try wirex out to see if it will work.

Yea, I know of coinizy but am just afraid of risking my PayPal account because there is no way I can put my US PayPal billing address on the coinizy address, it won't just accept it.

And we all know that PayPal is very strict and can limit account in no time until you submit your documents at resolution center for thorough verification.
