Hi Doamader.
I have joined your pool for testing purposes.
Could you explain how claims are stored? I see pending, valid and invalid at the right side of the page. It says that it updates itself every 5 min, after a while claims are still in pending. My question is, is it safe to close browser/tab/sign-out and keep all the claims that are in pending? How often pool validates claims? Why are we getting invalid claims? What is the cause of claim rejection?

It looks like heavy traffic is taking its effect. IMO this is not to good. Probably half of my claims will get rejected...
Works to slow, pool cant keep up with claim-rate, and Im clicking kinda slow. Cant invest to much time to this pool if its going to be like that.  
What is the official time (UTC) that pool releases founds?

Claim button is not working,I am claiming alone using my own wallet but the claim button is not working I still cannot decide if I will join a team or just work alone and what are the features of this site,will wait for the dev to answer users questions.

What do you use in claiming? It works with me now I just tried it again now using my laptop.
It would be hard to work solo because they are creating pool now so the chance is low for you to be on top 60 every hour.

Well once you put your xrb adress : https://raipool.com/ you just need to press the button Work, and then once the Claim once it will give you captchas automatic. With out pool you can work into multitabs with different adress, you can use 3 tabs and start work at them without issues, the captchas that not validated are few and we are always trying to improve the pool.




Regarding the faucet payments, yes all payments will be sent to our pool adress the same way others pools does, wich where we will  get our fee and process the payments accordingly the % each worker has made along the day.

We are working to add an history of your claims/mrai earned.
And we do expect to bring this week the autopayments feature, that will be sent once a day at a determinated timezone.

Didn't notice payment confirmation post from anyone so I will post it myself.
This system pays, although exact hour/time is a mystery to me.
Profit margin is decent, only 5% , I think its safe to say that, this is one of the best pools so far.
No registration, no emails, option to click alone and multi tab support.
If you need some xrb than this is a good place to go. Bear in mind that it will make some of your claims "invalid",
rate of invalidation seems to be ~20% higher than genuine raiblocks faucet. (OP making upgrades so this will probably improve with time)

Well we had a lot invalid claims due to the time the pool did send the challenges to google, soo we had recuced those to 1 minute, my advice is to use multitab with diferent adress, even knowing a member that is working at 4 tabs at once and without any issue at all.

The payments are being made manual at the moment soo they are being made in around 12-14 hours from now, we are working into the automatic payment feature soo we can fix a daily payment at xxx hours, instead be a mystery.
The good thing is im very active here as well at telegram : aloganmanu, can contact me if you have a team, manager account are easy to set up just need to assist a bit, i will try to let a new video to all managers understand how it work soo they can  create their teams.

I would like to ask OP about fee for yesterdays round.
There was a mistake of some sort and all(?) pool members Mrai are in hold.
If I understand correctly this mistake was at pool side, not the chain of XRB, can we expect that you will lower the fee as a recompensation for the inconvenience? 1-2% maybe?
IMO there should be some consequences of such unexpected founds hold.
Depends of your good will, I guess but would show that you care about your user-base.

Maybe a fixed size box, just like on login page? IMO will do the trick.
Its not only visual/aesthetic thing.
Address is not contained correctly on mobiles, stretching web page and making it scale badly.
When solving captchas browser sometimes interprets double taps as zoom...
Slows me down and driving a little mad at the same time :)
O, and invalid claims are back :( You think that new servers @Rai headquarters will help?

We had made twice the round 3 payments, and yesterday we processed first the day 5 payouts then we paid the day 4 the users that had been paid twice had been reduced the difference. I had forgoted to update this thread.
Will contact the developer about those issue soo i hope the mobiles get a better, we are working to improve the pool , soo all bugs or issues reported will allow us to improve.

We were able to figure and handle the invalid claims, and soo far looks we have handled the best way with it.

That's actually great news!
Earlier today, invalid factor was tremendous, close to 50:50.
I did some quick test and out of 120 claims there was zero invalid ones.
May be, that this issue is behind raipool.com :) however it is long after "rush-hours" let's see how it goes later on.
So far I made 400 invalid claims :( any chance for recompensation? Like 1Mrai/100 invalids? Wont bankrupt you and could increase user satisfaction, not to mention justice :P  
Sure it is better to focus on technicalities and leave aesthetics for later, there are probably lot more users on PC's anyway. I find mobiles a lot faster, thanks to touchscreen.

Well its wizzard the most people facing some invalid issues, i will make some claims today as well, but i can assure the issue isnt with our pool, and from what i know all pools facing a big invalid claim issues, looks like is due to the new server that the faucet has hired, i dont know if they had mooved already but since those announcements the invalid rates raised a lot, we will try to figure out it soon as possible.

I stopped claiming because of to many invalid claim also,and will just return about they fix it this is when to many people are claiming now and expect more to come,so I guess they need more faucets set up,costly but it will solve future issues.

A little question here that I cant find the answer for in any poll FAQ
Does our claims at raipool.com are somehow treated as helpdevs claims?
Do we have a chance for getting extra 100M?
I think it wasn't asked before and it might be somewhat important for some.

Also my percentage of invalid claims for today was very low. less than 1%.

Well faucet had a downtime of 10 minutes today, soo it caused some invalid claims due to those.Today we had improved the system and soo far looks the claim rates of invalid has gone, or has been drastically reduced to nothing. We arent into the donation option, atleast not for now it may change in the future.

I made a small test today and the invalid claims looks has gone for real, i would like to get some feedbacks to see your stats as well. We are able to check all stats but not personal stats soo any test as well work here would be good soo we can keep improving the system.

Looks like we have handled the best way possible with the many invalid claims that were showing into the pool.

Now we are focus into bringing new improvements into the pool, we do have a list of requirements sugested by our parteners, being manager or single worker you can sugest improvements, as soon as possible we will try to make them life, if usefull tools.

However new "problem" arose. I'm not sure but probably do to increasing number of active workers,
pool started to work very slowly. Since yesterday, compared to genuine rai-faucet, one claim can take more than 20-25 seconds. I have tested it on PC and mobile both are displaying captcha with big lag.
By lag I mean that after correct solve, server[?] processes request for some time and validates claim not in an instant like before but for more than 15sec. Makes farming on one tab pointless. No option for me to have more than one xrb address so, as you see it hinders the entire work. Any clue about why its like this?

I believe those issue has been handled due to the high number of workers we had to get a better server to handle all the workers we havent forgot about the mobile friendly issue, but we are working with a list of things that we wanna and wich has been requested from the users.

Today xrb has reached again above 1000 satoshis, and our pool has almost no invalid, we are improving it soo all can have a nice and fast income, you can work with multi tabs, and with those be able to solve 600-1000 captchas hour.

Well the pool charges 5% as fee at the moment. Payouts are being done once a day, at the moment its being made manual, ( in around 6-8 hours from now daily payout).

I dont know about autoclaim bot, because i dont use one, but you can work into multitabs, soo you can maximize your time. Currently 1 xrb/mrai is worthing around 900-1200 satoshis, with the current claims per round you will ger 1 mrai every 25 captchas, means around 67 mrais to get 1 dollars(67x25= 1675 captchas).
With a good conection you can make 600-900 captchas hour or even more, soo the more you work bigger will be your income.

Pools is a group that solve captchas as one, with those method we assure to get paid every hour, since the main faucet just pay hour to top 60 workers, and pools are part of it.
