Title: looking for altcoins to invest
Post by: freebitcoins4u on April 16, 2017, 09:17:50 AM
hello,

so basically all altcoins are going up and it`s really hard to get in at these prices.
the only thing i can do is to go short for these coins but any minute they can drop so the profit i will make is really low and doesnt worth the risk.

i usually go for POS coins because even if price drop i can still get some interest from these coins.

anyway which cheap altcoin you suggest to buy?

thanks!

If you are looking for an altcoin that didn't pump insanely already and is a good investment I would suggest you to take a look at Janus Tokens. It is an asset on the NXT blockchain that will be migrated on ARDOR network after the launch. Janus team is adding a lot of revenues and the incomes are given as dividend each month to everyone holding Janus. If you want to check more about it here is the thread.

If you believe that PoS works then go ahead.

About staking you can look way around. Since everyone gets stakes when staking coins, so you basically dont profit anything. You get same part as all coin owners. Except those that dont stake lose.

There's a saying in the altcoin trading "buy early not later" so I suggest you check footballcoin, check out their thread in the altcoin section ,they seems to be a complete package investors wants to see and traders  are waiting for their pre token sales, you don't want to miss this one.

if you like pos coin, the bets one is decred, which has a different pos than the normal one you find in other coin, you buy ticket and get reward, or if you want a very cheap coin with good pos, 100% per years, i can suggest Atom, i bought some and it's staking nicely now, i hope i can get 100% return in one year

Go for SYS and STRAT, both of them has a bright future, both of them are partners of Microsoft Azure. STRATIS is a blockchain framework just like ETH, and SYS is a decentralize coin just like Bitcoin. Much better to research before investing to any coin.

you should increase your experience by trading more and spending more time watching and analyzing the market even after they have happened. meaning after price went up and came down open a chart and start analyzing it and see if you could speculate it or not.

for coins i usually choose those that are on the rise. for example today PIVX, ARK, STEEM are rising. and as always ETH and DASH are doing some dead cat bounces because they are experiencing heavy dump and their market is big.

also there is Litecoin that many are expecting to rise another 2x-5x in the following weeks after the SegWit activated on it in 2 days.

the problem with this way of thinking is that others will also get the same reward and they will also dump both their reward and the coins they have making a big pressure on the market and push the price lower.

well stratis really showing good progress and if you compared it with its ico value its already been a huge gain for early investors as this project really have something to provide like eth and ltc which really trying to serve its purpose being alternate to btc in terms of uses.

Not suggesting to buy them, but NXT/ARDOR are now out of weakest hands after years of distribution :)

Golem, ark and augur. all of them looks promising and PoS coin. But just waiting for the big  bearish trend for them to grab cheap coin and put them on your wallet.

Those coins seems to be growing with more potential under the altcoins listing. When the coin with increased capital is concerned dash, XMR, looks to be on the  rise though price volatility is experienced high.

ltc which really trying to serve its purpose being alternate to btc in terms of uses.
If this is about fast confirmation and then yes, but for replacing the whole currency and then is not. Because Litcoin is rising up currently we can't speculating beyond the fact to replace main with the alternative.

You should do some research before invest your money to altcoin (ICO or from exchanges), Golem and ETH may be a good place to invest but keep your eyes open with these prices.

Is Decred still mineable via POS?
Would the return be very small?
I am interested to find out more.

I don't suggest anyone to buy altcoins for future investments but if you really want to then stratis is a very good option. The support it has by the developers and the market is very good and the growth is also good. It has some future so try it out.

The coin hasn't really grown so much and its constantly dumped by users of it. It has no innovations to it. Not sure why people would like it when this is just one of the most hyped token of all planet. Its your call when you invest to something that isn't worth the hard earned money.

Bitbay and Blocknet.  Both will explode soon because of the tech they represent.

There are still good projects in the market that you can get value from if you invest now, I will go for Monero, ETC, Waves, Chrono Time token, Incents. I believe all these projects worth giving a second look at. Remember most people will likely be suggesting project they are involved in to you,

Hmm, this sounds interesting. Blocknet is a little bit too expensive to buy right now though, isn't it? I mean I'd rather buy Bitbay at a 200 times smaller price, which would make it a huge profit in case the coin goes to $0.01! I will look now for the price and I will maybe even buy when I find a small one. :)

Full focus on anonymity and speed?
