They are just making aware of the possible harm it may cause. On top of that even if it works there might be possibility that you will not allow withdraw from your end.

Don't try to lure newbies with your fake promises, show proof of your earnings to support your claim. Downloading anything online from some random source is always risky and you are spreading a software from unknown dev which can contain malware/ransomeware.

What I can conclude is that user is good in making dice and hyip scripts thus he is good in both frontend and backend work but it seems like he finds it as a weapon to scam others. Too bad  :-\
