I don't think that the idea is more expensive than money. Our team needs the creative people understanding a cryptography question. usually it is possible to find many bright words in similar subjects, but advantage it will bring a little, it is possible only losses.
We oppose a whip-round, or any other sponsor's manipulations favorable to one person. All are equal in our team - both developers and users ;)

In your idea it is important to conduct security audit.

Whst is posx ? What new mining type system will you be using and how will it be mined ? CPU gpu ? Will it be fair to most susers for a little until the difficulty goes up ? Is it a pos coin as well ? If so what is the pos interest ?
