This idea or thing wont really happen coz thinking of on the leaders that are part of UN does represent each country and we do all know they have different views and perspective if they would able to know bitcoin. If they would create a meeting talking about legalizing or accepting bitcoin on their presented country then I can say it would be a problem or will create chaos.Government doesn't really like decentralized thing like bitcoin. They have their own views so answer to this question would be 50-50 for me.

So basically, you're wondering whether the price would go up if a giant global organisation unanimously decided to screw over their own respective countries by ditching their heavily regulated fiat currencies in favour of a currency which hasn't even existed for 10 years and is only practical for certain purposes.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's not happening.  And shockingly, the price would go up if it did.

you should instead ask "why would they even consider doing this?"

it is an impossible thing to happen unless there is a damn good reason for it. right now there is no reason for abandoning USD, it is working fine and it is easily accepted anywhere with the price not fluctuating that much. and if there was a reason for abandoning it, there is still EUR.
and as long as these are working fine for the nations they won't look for an alternative that has a volatile price and is not yet mass adopted.

The price of bitcoin will crash to near zero.
