Good day guys.  I registered on coinizy in need for a virtual credit card. After sending bitcoin funds to my coinizy account, i tried creating a vitual card and got stuck at the field for filling out your country and phone number. I googled this out and discovered coinizy does not support countries like USA, indians and some African countries and i happen to fall a victim of this.
I dropped a message in their chat box asking for a refund for over 2months but no reply from them so i decided to create this thread to see if i could get help.
Help would be more appreciated if coinizy support allows me create my credit card regardless of my country. I would appreciate that can a refund. But if not possible, how do i get my refund since there is no option for payment withdrawal on my dashboard

Well, first and foremost that is your fault for being lazy and without searching first before doing anything. You can't do much at this point, you must wait for their reply and since you didn't mention the country you live in then we can't give you an alternative because some countries are banned in all bitcoin debit card services. You could try and contact OP from the thread provided by the user above but I doubt you will get an answer has he hasn't been active since three weeks now.

1. There are multiple services which offer bitcoin debit card, yet you picked the one that is not available in your country?
There is a big map on the main Coinzy's website where it is clearly showed which countries are supported.
2.You deposited your founds first and then discovered that virtual card is not possible to create due to service's limitation?
3. Chat Box helpdesk can often ignore your problem. You need to bombard their support with questions.
4. Only Coinzy can help you: start sending emails and log to their live chat support!

From now on learn from that mistake of yours. First of all why did you rely on your laziness and just register instantly without further research about what you are going to enter? We could only help to suggest some relief but we can't refund your money though. Just send them email about your problem, and as what you have said its over 2 months since it happen right? I don't have any clue how to help you since its almost too late, but just keep to email them and ask for your refund maybe they would notice your request and pay you back.

Just put in a fake UK address and phone number, it should work as they don't verify this information unless you verify your card or order a physical card. I have tried with a fake address on some other provider, not coinizy so I am not 100% sure it would work there but since they also use mychoice visa this method should mostly work fine.
Edit: DO this at your own risk. using a fake address might very well be illegal.

You should have checked this information before trying to using it not after,specialy with money services... As result your money may be lost now.
If they do have an account on twitter and if you see the account is active, try to contacting them there if you have no luck on their own website. For some weird reasons sometimes companies give a better and more fast support on twitter than their website. Good luck

From what others have already said above. They just use false information to get past being inhibited of being about to use this card.
It is a vcc afterall most people use this for to just make small transactions online.
If you want a physical card to use then that together is a whole other matter all together.

You can try uquid's VCC, they accept almost every country and their card works almost everywhere including facebook. I am using them without any issues.
