Try c-cex mate the site is mobile friendly and it's very trusted by many people. I also recommend the cryptopia but my problem is the site get stuck when I'm using my phone.

Here's a list with all well known crypto currency exchanges with some additional information.
You'd probably want to check for scam accusations and trustworthy reviews for every exchange, since this website doesn't mention that.

Thanks for this, I think that's all I need,
I think it's safe to say that using the top 20 exchanges with high volume is okay, I mean, of course they are earning much already without damging their reputation, so for sure they wouldn't scam.
Thanks.

It is okay. But don't be so sure that they won't scam you. Just take a look at Mtgox which was the largest Bitcoin exchange.
Also more recently Cryptsy.

Although support leaves much to be desired, this is still one of the best exchanges. At least that one was never hacked.

Other than polo and bittrex you can choose c-cex for altcoin trading. Despite of many complains about yobit regarding their support, i am still trading there and haven't got any problem. So you can also try them with small amount if you like to.

In the end, never leave coins you don't plan to trade on an exchange. We haven't gotten an exchange hack since Bitfinex, maybe the next one is around the corner.

Liqui, Yobit, Nova and Cryptopia are some good and trusted exchange websites besides the ones you already know about. I trade on them often and the withdrawals also are instant. I've only contact cryptopia support as the admin is on this forum itself and the support is quite responsive.

Trust should be gained over time and every one needs to start from some where, so I'd suggest you check this out in my signature and you could even try with small amounts at first.

no it is not safe to say that and it is actually a wrong way of thinking. you should look to see if the platform is legit first then if you could trust it with your money and bitcoin then look to see if it is a proper platform offering the features you are looking for.

and besides, where do you think these list sites like cryptocoincharts and coinmarketcap get their volume from? they ask the exchanges and they can tell them anything they want through their API. for example yobit is showing one of the high volumes but in fact 90% of it is fake and the platform is the worst place to trade.

Lot of exchanges were for our ease of usage. Among them based on the service availability and features exchanges gain more trust as well popularity. I think Yobit has got the increased number of cryptocoins listed on the website.

Yeah you are right, actually I'm not leaving coins in exchanges since they don't give us the private keys.

C-cex or yobit try to trade there they are trusted too but many are dead coin in yobit so i think choose a good altcoins for you to buy and observe first before you invest.  This 2 site i gave is so easy to earned bitcoin you can do short trade here.
