Dear folks

I want to remove my data (profile, mail address, password, just everything) but I can't do that in the settings. I already sent a DM to theymos but never received an answer. I know that I didn't post something yet but I still want to remove my personal data. What can I do other than sending a message to theymos?

you can change your name and email.data...and give up the account.

Accounts cannot and will not be deleted. Any messages to you send to any staff member about deleting an account will be ignored. You cannot delete your account.

1. Write out a nice long string of random numbers and letters
2. Change your email
3. Change your password to that randomness
4. Delete any trace of that randomness

Your account will still technically exist, but will be an empty nothingness of doom.

If you are stubborn enough you can still delete your messages that you posted one by one. There is no time limit on this. When your message count hits "zero" you'll be non-existent practically.

Just abandon it and if you want, delete all the posts where it is possible.

It's notworth the hassle for theymos to personally delete all of your history, especially if you have something to cover up. And it's either you're on an alt account or that you are just a 1 activity newbie... Just register a new account.

some people used to offer the service of account hara kiri in the past, they deleted all the messages that could be deleted and changed the password and didn't stored it anywhere

I don't know if they still offer the service

can't recall if it a service should provide the ability to delete personal related stuff but anyway. username can't be changed btw.
