I'm looking for an advice from people in EU. What if chinese miner (Panda miner, Baikal etc.) is listed as 'computer accessories' and doesn't have CE certificate? According to regulations, everything should have CE and in that case it will be returned to China or destroyed.... I've never bought from China, need help to make decision! What you do want to worry about is customs fees, which you will most likely have to pay.
