Title: Zurich Prime Scam
Post by: siphosethufela on April 19, 2017, 05:17:21 AM
ZURICH PRIME REFUSES TO PAY MY MONEY BACK!
Last night I decided to get into trading, I signed up with Zurich Prime and immediately deposited a hundred dollars. This morning I realized they are not legit and ethical in their dealings. I signed up online for a withdrawal, a few minutes later I see a declaration that my withdrawal is not successful because my available balance is 0 dollars. These guys are really unethical and I am just a student who saved up the hundred dollars, I cannot afford to lose such money because when converted to South African rands it is quite a lot. Please guys help me, what steps can I take to ensure Zurich Prime is held accountable and my money gets back to my bank account.

Well, really should have read the reviews before you even deposit anything.

A simple google search reveals that they are unregulated, lots of customer complaints and crappy customer service.

Nothing you can do in this case but to keep sending tickets and hoping to get a response from them. Your amount scammed is too low for you to bother suing then and they probably used a fake name and profile anyways. Good luck though.

How could you have possibly refunded this customer on March 27th 2017 when the date of the complaint is 19th April 2017 - 3 weeks later? Note that the OP used the phrase "last night", so I will for the time being assume this took place after your supposed date of refund.

Also, there's no such thing as a resolved folder. If you can prove that this customer did get a refund, then it'll go to the Archives.
