I'm selling the remaining 490 MH/s of my scrypt hashrate on HashFlare (cloud mining).
Selling price: 0.4 BTC per 100 MH/s (the price is quoted in BTC, it is equivalent to $5.78 per 1 MH/s as of May 2).
BTC is the preferred payment method.

Since April 19 I have sold 410 MH/s (150+10+250) out of the initial batch of 900 MH/s (so 490 MH/s available for selling)

Contract payouts are in BTC. This is a lifetime contract (while mining is profitable).
Maintenance fee is 0.01 USD per 1 MH/s per day deducted in BTC.

Current daily payouts for 490 MH/s are 0.018 BTC with the maintenance deduction amount about 0.0035 BTC.
Net payout about 0.0145 BTC per day (21 USD per day or 0.74%), expected to gradually decrease though due to difficulty increase.

ROI about 130-140% is expected with average difficulty increase 10-11% per month and unchanged LTCBTC and BTCUSD rates.
ROI can be higher if Hashflare decides to lower the daily maintenance fee, difficulty raises slower than expected or LTC jumps up.
ROI can be lower if difficulty increases faster than expected or LTC falls down.

Selling fractions of hashrate is not possible any more. Hashrate selling will be conducted via an escrow. Hashrate will be transferred directly to the buyer's account.

I decrease BTC price for the contract, because of BTC price jump and because part of the contract was already credited as mining rewards.

Sorry for asking but why don't you move this Thread of yours to "Digital Goods" section?

Do you believe that this topic fits "Digital Goods" section? My understanding was that digital goods are gift cards, music, movies etc. And if something is supposed to pay dividends, it goes to "Securities".

You sale a portion of your Cloud Mining power in HashFlare, right? I guess you can call it a "Digital" good. :)
As far as i know and understand, "Digital" have a lot of stuff included.
Idk though if anything that pays dividents, fits here. But it looks like we both have our valid point.
