Terms:

+ I have right to deny any loan request.
  -Without explaination.
  -With explanation/counter offer (*may your request too high, so i'll give you better options).

+Collateral.

  -I can give you loan (If you have enough reputation, so that depends on my opinion).
  -Bitcointalk Account / ALT-coin (Depends on my opinion).

  -For those whoever asking for loan, signin message is mandatory to make sure you're the owner of that account.
  -Address must has staked over 3 months.

+About deal.
  -Interest  based  our deal, just give  me your  offer following the date.
  -For any delay of payment, Please give me notice if you're late on payment via this thread or personal message.
  -If user did not give any notice for 3 days, collateral will be sold or stated as mine.
  -I can offer you BTC,LTC,BUSD(BEP20),USDT(TRC20)...

Since you newbie collateral should be held by  a third party escrow.

I would suggest avoiding using btc accounts as collateral as much as possible. DT could flag those accounts if the user default making them worthless. Best to try only using altcoins as collateral, but as well lend at your own risk and dont just give out to people. Good luck!

I can understand for this purpose by reason of "newbie" account. Actually no my gap, to take / steal account.
Everyone who submits a form, makes sure to provide "sign message". So if I think I will steal it is a meaningless action.
*Users can retrieve the hear account how to send "sign Message" to admin, As we know.
*Moreover the account will be marked "red trust".

Actually you'd be surprised how hard it is to retrieve an account.

You should really go onto the Meta section and take a look at people's account getting stolen/hacked, and them waiting months to get it back. If you escrow then there is no problems with it.

Also if someone does have altcoin collateral which is rare these days, it definitely makes economical sense for a newbie to steal that collateral.

No, I'm talking about collateral scam possibility, Why can you trust?  Since usual borrower sending collateral first, you can just take collateral and gone.

No the OP should not do this, if you need a loan then you request what you need not what you can get.

There is no standard for each member to take loan. But it depends on what will be mortgage as collateral.
