There is a lot of talk about regulation of exchanges in USA. IF US gets to hostile, would'nt it be possible to set up international exchanges in countries tired of US bullsh*t? I Mean places like Equador, would probably embrace bitcoin if USA declares bitcoin and cryptocurrencies war.

How r u going to send dollars from USA to such a country to buy bitcoins?

Bank transfer, WU.etc... You can't do that?

Someone does not simply transfer dollars to a country tired of US bullsh*t.
