i was thinking of joining some article bounty to some ICO but their article campaign requires your account to have 500 followers, has anyone have success to actually have 500 followers in medium.com or on steemit?

I think you just need to be consistent and post a few good things and be really thorough in building a releationsship to the peers that interact with your content - so comment and so on. Maybe if you do this I could see that you could create this number of followers in a quite short period of time.

I also wonder, I wanna start a project in article web sites.

Follow others so they get notifications or they usually check for their new followers, by this they will follow you back!

I think with consistent post and work. Build relations with others, follow other people and comment. Please do not spam or do aggressive post. It may take time but it's worth.

I previously had some success in other social media platforms. Basically, you should follow other users, like their articles and give good comments on other people's articles. If you do this consistently, it should bring you quite a lot of followers. Let me know if it works for you.

you need to be active and post a lot of good content to get legitimately that many followers. You can buy them of course but that's not your objective I assume. Just keep active and create new content, the followers will come.. or follow
