Title: Compiling the litecoin source code with windows

While I know there is a windows client available I want to learn how to compile litecoin for windows and wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I think litecoin has gitian scripts, so gitian to build it.

how do I use this gitian, I can't find the software to install... I'm sorry if I'm sounding like a total noob

You ever figure out the Litecoin gitian builds?  I can't build the windows binaries at all... Bitcoin however compiles just fine using gitian using the same dependencies.  I get all kinds of errors like some of the dependencies are missing...

I have another thread where I've made progress on compiling in windows, but success not quite yet, but close
