So i am assuming the bitcoin logo is the number one on the die, and the other 5 sides are, two, three, four, five and six?

Also is this a set of seven dice or actually 14 dice as in two per color etc?

if not that would mean to purchase two  "playable " dice you need to order two sets of the seven?

I'm wondering if the word "Galandus" has any special meaning to it?

It is the name of the NPC that runs the gambling game in an old video game my partner and I made when we were younger.  The name itself was computer generated.  We thought it was appropriate for dice.  :)

Unfortunately not.  It was a MUD that we only ran on our LAN.  It was never public facing. 

N-sided dice are on the radar.  We're thinking 4-, 8-, 10-, and 20-sided dice would cover nearly all gaming use cases, and a 16-sided die would great for cryptography.

Roll the dice 99 times, for each roll note down outcome (a six should translate into 0), then will you have a 99 digit base6 number.
This translate perfectly into a bitcoin private key, Ninjas html page can do it offline.
Assuming the dice is fair, then will you have a bitcoin addy with very high entropy.

Mine arrived today, too. These are really gorgeous, the pictures don't entirely do them justice. The colors are so rich, they practically glow! Great job, guys!

Wow, these are nice. I'm interested. Trying to decide on getting one set or two, and that decision is based a bit on clarification of the question below. My shipping would be to the US, which is free, what would the discount be for two sets?


I like the symbolism of the dice, as in getting involved with Bitcoin with a significant investment is a roll of the dice!

My set of dice arrived today, and they look fantastic! Very good quality also. A small velvet dice bag was included with the set.

@hephaist0s posted an excellent photo (no need for me to post another one). I totally agree that they are really gorgeous.

A bump since I received my dice sets today and they're as good (better) than the pictures.

The colors are deep and rich. The etching is of a good quality. The BTC etching is clean in lines and color. Very high craftsmanship.
