In this case, search with Google for: twitter campaign site:bitcointalk.org And don't forget to set in "tools" a time frame like "last week". Some campaigns go through PromoPlugs platform and you have to find out where to download the wallet from, some (many?) campaigns have requirements for certain minimum bitcointalk rank and/or certain minimum number of (real) followers on twitter.
