I was looking at the options of registering on Chinese exchange sites but really don't want to go through that. Or can that be done via this forum? ::)

They have implemented very strict KYC policy and you may end up losing whatever you will deposit there.

If you don’t care who you could check the currency exchange section of the forum or various websites, but I’m not sure how to specifically trade with the Chinese.

You not Chinese why would you trade in a language you can't speak ? You don't even list the exchange in question. You won't get any customer protection, they can seize ur money and what you will do... appeal to chineese courts? ;) Be very cautious here, your best bet is to avoid chineese exchanges.
