"The last posting from your IP was less than 4 secs ago... https://s9.postimg.org/aov4tvqxr/Screenshot_2017-04-20-04-59-06.png I thought this restrictions is Usually for newbies account why then I was shown this message?Is it a bug that needed to be fixed?
