I noticed few topics about this without poll, and i am really curious.
I have my opinion on this one, but i would like to see is it correct so i created a poll and i will share my thoughts after poll expires.

I was exposed to slots at a very young age. I think i was around 11 then and as a kid, seeing the lights and sounds of a slot machine in a bar actually is very attractive so my friends and i spent our allowances playing though we really don't know how it works yet exactly. It stopped when the owner saw us and we weren't allowed to play with the slot machine anymore

I was about 21 I think. I suppose that's quite late to get into gambling based on the average age today.

I started to make my first bet when I was under 18. If I can remember it right I guess  I'm 10 years old by that time. I was a sports man way back then and I'm addicted to play basketball with my friends. And every time we play we use to do some side betting and that started my eyes to be opened with gambling.

I started gambling when I was approx 19. My brother used to do soccer parlays so it interested me too.

I made my first bet when I was under 18 it was just for fun because it was the last day of school when that happened. Me and my friends formed a dota team and challenged other teams with stakes on the line. While the match was happening sudden I was kinda nervous at the time because it was my first time playing competitively and risked my money at the same time, good thing that we manage to win at the end so it's all good.

Your opinion is a result of your experience and is shaped bye your beliefs.
Do you really consider changing your mind to match more popular approach when majority of people here would express a different opinion?

When I first time placed a bet I was over 18 years old.
But I have no problem with minors gambling, as long as they do it with their own earned money and are aware of the risk.

i remember when i was 20 year old that me and my friends are playing blackjack and they also teach me how to playing it and probably on that day was my lucky day because even first time i playing blackjack but i got huge winning from it

Over 18 is my answer. When I was under 18 I am still at school and had no spare money. My parents arent so rich and they can afford to give me only small amount of money to fulfill my daily needs. So, I can't do gambling, smoking, playing video game etc that most of my friend did. I did gamble and everything that I can't do in my childhood after I got a steady income from my daily job.

I was 20 years old when i tried to gambling when i was this year i always trying so hard to win from the faucet that i get from gambling i have so much time to spend on . My first gambling was  high low where i was remembered that day when im earning satoshi from freebitco.in

I can see that most of you were adults. It was the same with me. I used to gamble for fun, without money, with things like sweets or favors, but my first real gambling bet was at 20 or 21.
I don't know why it didn't happen earlier, maybe because my friends weren't into it. Nobody that I knew had gambling experiences when I was a child and I had no interest in trying it by myself.

I was 19 when i made my first bet, the bet i made was not with fiat but with bitcoins. ;D it was bitcoin that got me into gambling lol.

I think i made my first bets when i was 19-20 years old. (So i picked Over 18).
I am fan for sports games, I watching all days football and i love it, so I started to do that to test myself about my knowledge and luck.

the first time of my bet is over 18, i do this after i know bitcoin and i can using other coins to playing gambling. but if its not for the first gambling games that i am played, i think i am do it in under 18 but i am make my bets with my friends and its not the games like we've know and played. in that time, i don't made to the games, but something others outside of my online life and its a long time ago before i know internet.

It depends on what bet you are talking but I think in my case it wouldn't really matter,
We used to play marbles,Pog's and cards when we were kids so basically the games would do some bets,
And if you are talking about bet's with money I think I did my first when I was in Elementary.

I made my first bet only after 30 years. After came to know about bitcoins and my first bet was on cricket game on directbet site. I was very comfortable to bet without any account to create so I bet around 0.1 BTC that time and won the bet. It gave me a good excitement that time.

i was exposed to gamble when i was in high school as i love playing cards with my friends we just doing it for fun and the winnings will go to a beer party after the game ended, but now that i'm inside crypto i'm playing with sports betting every other day when the team I'm following got a game i do some good review before playing the bet.

I remember pitching coins in junior high so at age 14 or 15 maybe. I also played poker with friends in high school starting freshman year at age 17. There was no internet/online casinos when I was still under the legal gambling age in my country.

I engage to gambling when i was in highschool on which a particular local gambling game in our place like coin toss which the result would be a head or tails and when you choose a particular side and it choses on what you selected then you win. It might be new for some but this game totally considered as gambling since it does involve money.

I was exposed to gambling at a young age. My father was a avid gambler/sport bettor. I remember playing street kind of baccarat like 12 years old or less and I'm against an adult. They taught they could out hassle me and I even saw them cheating. HaHaHa. But they area all wrong baby!!!. I won a good amount of money, then someone whispers to me that my mom is looking for me ;D so its game over for them. My father really was a big influence and the environment during that time was ripe for street  gambling.

first time tried gambled when i was 15 years old, that day i only have small amount of bitcoin around 0.001 BTC, i gambled it all and did doubled my bankroll but i keep playing because i thought it's going to keep increasing but i was wrong.  

If I remember correctly, I got my first bet when I was about 21 years old (now 23) in the primedice site.
I didn't know at first that they have a sort of faucet system in there so, my bet were from my own balance which I collected from faucet sites like moonbit, luckbit and more.
It was a great experience afterall   :D

I'm more than 19 years old when me and my friends started betting in a basketball game. Its was just among ourselves just to pass some time and enjoy watching the game. And it was just a few months playing at dice game (primedice). And now I'm trying to test other sites like rollin.io and bitsler as well.

I was really young when I first started to gamble. I usually gamble with my friends on something that we had no idea on what the result would be, there is a few times where we would just gamble things like toys or food.
Gambling was not really about the money, I think I started gambling and putting money into it when I was enrolled in Middle School.
There was not that much money to earn then, I might've earned around $5.00.

I was 23 and I needed money for some pressing issues and a friend of mine who i asked for loan from introduced me to sports betting and we tried but lost . I subsequently took time to learn and I started making money from it.

Well I think I was in grade school when I've made my first bet. Playing cards with my cousins and my friends even during school hours. I always bet when the NBA finals is coming. Well I don't quite a gambler but the fun and excitement really brings back so much memories. It is the time when you don't expect a return and I only played to have bond and moments with my relatives.

One way or another, i think we've all gambled early on in our lives. We probably are just not aware that it's gambling or it's not really felt because of how little the bets are. I've made a lot of bets before i even rrachrd 18 and sometimes these are not monetary bets but dares. Though there are times when i do it with achool allowances with classmates and friends and the bets are for pretty much anything. I've even entered a casino before i turned 18but i didn't gamble there yet during that time as i was overwhelemed by the amount of bets involved. I just went there with an uncle but that opened me up to the casino world

We'll I kinda started my first gamble when i earned my third bitcoin and i was 16 and i was with my friends and we started to gamble a pc game called dota.

As what i remember, i played gambling when i'm 16 years old i think? Then my friends say me to play gambling my 0.01BTC well obvoiusly 0.01BTC is just a sent in that time so i doesn't need to worry whether if i lose, bjt now 0.01BTC is high amount now and i don't think if i can play gambling in that bankroll haha

As far as I remember I didn't experience to play gambling but I do already have experience on playing cards like poker with my friends but we don't bet any money and its just for fun which means its not a gambling at all and when I know about bitcoin and bitcoin based gambling sites then that's the time I do engage with them and make some bets with real money since bitcoin is considered as money and that was last year.

I was 22 years old when my first bet in sports betting actually im not really a gambler using fiat but when my friend introduce me the bitcoin i became addicted on gambling. 0.01 my first bet  8)

I'm sure a lot of gamblers have the same fate as you. Getting something great when starting, getting started and doubling the money, gambling all over again hoping for more money to be doubled, but the opposite. That happens a lot, can not be denied. But gambling always has the appeal that the gamblers do not go.

I made my bet first on 2 years ago on dice site because that was really easy to do and you didn't do anything but just click and watch hence I lose all of my money on dice site. My first time introduced gambling was by dice site so that was really shit on that day.

the first time I made a bet was over 18, at 21 exactly when I go abroad to visit a legal casino, I still remember I made my first bet on baccarat and win some money, that was the first time I was really excited about gambling and been introduced to a lot of gambling games

I was 16-17 years old when i made my first bet. I was still in high school.
Betting was very popular in my school.

We are on the same gambling site that we made our first bet as a newbie. I think we are on the same year to start bitcoin. I remember also that time to try dice game and I choose PD because they are popular and user-friendly that time. I used all my bitcoin collected also on faucet which is worth 0.01BTC. I think you know also what are the experience on collecting every time on a faucet that comes to the point that I set an alarm just not to miss one single claim. To make my story short. I double my money that time because I bet all in on my first bet with 50% chance. I heard this tips from my friend on bitcoin group. Then luckily, It really works on me.

Too bad the voting was closed, I wasn't able to place in my vote. For me, I started young, since I loved NBA back then. I used to join fantasy drafts that would involve real money with my friends. It wasn't so big of a bet since it was just about $1 for the whole season. Though it was fun times.

17-12, i am disappointed with pool, so many gamblers and only 29 people voted, 29 votes can't change anyone's opinion(i think there are more people who gambled for first time when they were under 18).
