There are alot of legitimate reasons to change the email address listed on your profile, if the user previously woke up and changed his email and password then your posts would be more convincing.

I have immersively noticed and found a major quantum of people who are not aware even of their own profile and post negative feedbacks whenever and whatever they wish. Moderator should take steps for this type of activities.
