I don`t undertand your idea.How are you going to solve the problem with all the  credit card chargebacks and scams?I have my own idea about a new altcoin,so maybe we could share some ideas.

You still haven't explained your idea or what kind of partner you're looking for (developer or financial). You may want to elaborate a little more seeing as I don't think many people actually understand what it is that you're trying to do.

Let's put it this way. Leave a list of 3 things you expect from this partner, and 3 skills you think this partner should have as a minimum. Then at least if people apply you aren't wasting their time or yours asking these basic pre-application questions.

Might be nice to share some insight as a response to the first query here too.

I might be interested to work out some sort of partnership.. I'm a marketing guy and have a decent following and community of crypto enthusiasts and traders that I've built over the last 4 years.

That i a great Idea because these days is not that easy to use credit cards when someone wants to buy btc or altcoins

It will be a great idea if you are going to list all the details on your OP. And you will not look for the interested people to be your partner because upon reading your idea and proposal those people that are interested with it are the ones to volunteer to PM you. Well this is just my suggestion but still good luck to your project mate.
