Title: Offline client using ubuntu livecd Post by: redphlegm on April 26, 2013, 01:40:05 PM I tried going the Ubuntu LiveCD route and creating an offline wallet for archival but I run into a few issues. Either dependencies aren't included (e.g. python-psutil) or the client doesn't run due to requiring other supporting software that isn't included on a vanilla livecd (12.01). I found someone who had a pre-configured livecd but it was compiled by someone else and of course I'm a little skeptical about using someone else's build for something as sensitive as this. I also want to avoid connecting to the internet for anything once it's started up.
