The real question: is the cost of their deaths (loss of materials, loss of expertise, burials, insurances etc) higher than the cost of them living (salary, pension), for the tax payers? It's a war zone where some people (russian influence or not, world domination struggle or not) fight for their independance and right to self governance, they expected candies and cheap prostitutes or what? The dead individual was an American citizen, and he was killed while inside the rebel (Lugansk People's Republic) controlled area near Pryshyb.
