You must throw all your CPU power at the pool, and no matter how much power you throw at it, everyone gets the same number of Coins. If you skip to another pool, the pool operator blows up you computer. ... any takers? Also, it will be cold, and your pool will feel constantly under threat. It's a piece of cake for a coinmunist to feel under threat, if this threat has low chance of really happening. But I think that sooner or later a real threat (something like DDOS) would strike. And then Coinmunism would collapse, and the fun would end. :(

This will be calculated based off of the distribution of miners and overall networking hashing power and approval by a central authority, call it a centralized difficulty if you will.
