Before placing a bet on a team with above @5 ODDS Moneyline, what do you consider or things you are looking for first?

Please also state the specific sport since our analyzation will vary depend on a sport.

Im usually an enthusiast of placing a risky bets since there are really times that an underdog or a much weaker team can upset the dominant one. It already happened many times especially in my preferred sports, basketball. I usually look at the past performance of that team and makes my own wild and fearless analysis. This current season of NBA, I have won decent amount in placing a bet for those teams with around @5 odds at Moneyline. Upsets really happens in this kind of sports.

What are yours?

Same here with basketball.

I always follow the match of Golden State Warriors because surely their opponent will have a big odds. I bet last March in their match against the Minnesota Timberwolves and Twolves won by only 1 point. :) Also with the Memphis Grizzlies last January, they beat the stronger Warriors. I bet on that team because they are known for upsetting stronger teams. And sometimes a stronger team is too much confident that they will won a certain game.

The current players, injury status and past games. These are some of the factors Im looking at. It will not give me a 100% assurance that I will win that high odds but it's good that we must help ourselves to increase our chances of winning.

Who knows we can hit that big returns. Risky rewards comes with a risky bet so don't just bet and minimize those risk thru analyzation.

I had won several times with over 5x odds specially on T20 cricket matches and recent example was yesterday's game between RCB and KKR in Indian premiere league. After first inning KKR have odd of 8x and i placed bet there and actually won it.  :D

i guess its a wild guess but considering that some fixed match will happen drives me to bet with this high odds games but usually i'm not doing it a lot i still prefer to play with some high advantage games, i just tried and win it way back last nba season when boston win against leagues number one gsw and the odd is quite really huge if i remember it right  more or less 10+ that's the only game i did bet and take the risk.

rare to me won the bets with odds @5 or higher usually if i won from those odds i did combine from several matches into the parlay and never putting my money for single bets because it is very risky however basically i'm not risky players so low odds always be my options for each bets

That is one hell of a prediction to wage a bet against RCB when they had to chase a modest total,do you wage those kind of bets quite often ,it was a really risky bet and how much did you wage .I always like to play the safe route and i always end up winning most of the time but you cannot predict anything hundred percent.

Yes i do bet on such games quite often but not without deep analysis, i have placed around 10$ on that match, so got almost 70$ in profit.

I also won today betting against MI  ;) RPS had 3x odd, got around 20$ in profit less than yesterday's but profit is always profit.  ;)

This is really a tough decision for me.

For other sports, I found it very risky since aside that I have less knowledge on it, if a sportsbook place an odds at about @5 it's really a risky pick due to the fact that I can say the chances of winning is 2/10. So to minimize the risk, I consider only those sports I have knowledge like basketball. There are also lots of events in basketball where the much weaker able to dominate the stronger team. That's what you called a super upset.
