I cannot log into my newly created skype account, the message is below image

Try to contact Skype support and tell them about your issue.
From what I remember, they have live chat support and they can hep you in real time (they solved one of my issues).

Thank you for your suggestion though i was not thinking in that direction because i did not know they have a customer support, just to mention; this issue have occurred or have been occurring to all the skype accounts that i have create in the past and i was thinking it happened due to my using other email services apart from hotmail.
I will contact their support right away and update the thread.

Are you sure that you did really registered your own skype account? So base on the error message, your account which is Microsoft account can't be found.

Why not just create a new one? Build another Microsoft account since it's new, so I think you don't have that much contacts there.

Since there is nothing to lose for creating a new one.

I'm sure you're using their app but did you try to login using browser only? I encountered this issue before and I only try so many times on their app, browsers and even on their android app  before I can login.

It is a very new account and i dont have any contact on it but creating a new brings more issue because the previous email used to register the account have been recorded on their database and they confirmed it when i tried to create another account with it but to register they say another thing.


Online chats web.skype says the same thing, very confusing.

What's the problem? Try to register a new account with the same name. If you get it then you didn't finish last time registration. If not then try with another account to find your account in Skype. Either you have not created an account or enter the wrong name.

lol I always have problems with skypme man, try discord online

Are you aware that you should use your full account name like xcyv@exchange.com or something that Microsoft gives you not just with xcyv.
Try to login to exchange services.

I actually used an email services that is not hotmail related and i guessed that is why my skype account was blocked.
Is hotmail email necessary for skype account ?

Skype account management is (unfortunately) notoriously bad

you have to create a new account if you lose one of your logins.. it's just bad designed.. not sure what they're thinking

now it's better, since there is a mobile authenticator. You don't have to store any password and shit, as long as you have your phone, you have your account and you can always login.

Yes most people use online apps or other to web based apps instead of Skype anyway these days

your account is Banned or you use Wrong email to sign in
