We need a logo designed for a new currency called DirhamCoin - AED .

The winning logo or creator will receive 0.07BTC  

Colors red, black, white and green

All designs need to be submitted by Sunday 4th

Designs need to be posted to the thread
The winning design will need to supply PSD or similar format, source files are needed.

No escrow will be used in this case as we have a proven track record of paying participants on previous logo contests.

The logo needs to be unique and professional
This would be an example of the minimum quality requirement for entries.

Can you give the link when you held previous contest before?
Give us more details too about your project name or something like that (Like Dash as you mentioned, so people created "D" as logo) and about the date when this contest will be end.

We are almost ready to release the info on the name of the new currency for the logo contest.

Once the currency is almost ready to be released designers will have 7 days to come up with a design and post them for review here.

Please do not ask for info, we will make you all aware when the time comes, regardless of the price of BTC we will commit to the 0.07BTC bounty!

As you all know it is always hard judging this kind of comopitition as there are so many talented designers out there and sometimes the work they present is not always the best they can do. In this contest we wanted to see what our designers could come up with by being free thinkers and capable of producing something with what ever info was presented to them regardless of how basic the info was.

We have shortlisted three potential winners so far, in random order.

My vote goes to upper one that I quote . Far better than first two. While first two are simple, third one is something that catch my eyes. Fresh and innovative design

Dam this one looks cool. Very professional and attractive. It's more or less eye catchy and would be great to remember by everyone. Vote up for this from my side too.

This is the best design!
Very unique, very professional, very attractive, very simple.
This design is the perfect fit and will look good in every sites. This design is perfect for branding.

As it is a crypto currency logo, I think this logo will be used in many different sites.
Even with smaller sizes, this logo will display perfectly in any sites.



This design is also good.. But something is missing somewhere. Just can't figure it out.



This design is very fancy... like disco lights... it was itching in my eyes at first look.
It isn't a professional design because professional logos should not be itchy. This can't be a branding design.

I differ from you opinion. I am not trying to back my logo up. But I would like to mention here that logo are meant to grab attention. It is scientifically proven that colorful object are more attractive to see. If you do a simple logo search on google. You will get to see many colorful logos. Even the google logo is full of colors. Actually it is a simple marketing strategy. When you advertise your things you want to grab the viewer attention. Colorful things grab attention more. What colors I used were suggested by the op himself which depicts UAE flag. All the designs are really very good. All I was just trying to tell the reason for the colors in my logo.

After much consideration we chose to go with this design as our winner but give a 2nd and 3rd place prize also and work with all winning designers on our website and promo material.
