I send bitcoin from one exchange to another, and usually it doesn't get stuck like this. It pays a fee of 100 sat/byte whereas the current recommended fee is 200 sat/byte according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/.
Read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0 for what you can do about the transactions. Unfortunately, because you are using exchange wallets, there is not much you can do besides waiting. What can I do about this to avoid delays in the future? (besides converting btc to another coin).

You can check how often it mines a block at this link. https://blockchain.info/blocks/ViaBTC If you withdraw from that exchange again I suggest immediately submitting the transaction IDs to the viabtc accelerator website.
