I don't think so.
You shouldn't just trust anyone with paypal trades here
even if they have a couple of trades.
They are more than likely building up trust here to pull off an elaborate scam later on down the road.

After all,
Would you trust someone for over 6 months (180 days until they can do a chargeback!) with paypal on a forum?
 ::)

Come on now get real there man.

Mind linking his profile ?
Regardless of him being a good trader or not,never deal with anyone without an escrow.You are likely to get scammed.Since you are also exchanging paypal,chances of escrow being very helpful are slime since people can chargeback.
Trade with caution.

Try https://localbitcoins.com/sell-bitcoins-online/paypal/

Recommended to deal with those more than 500 confirmed trades. Good luck ;)

First off

is your paypal account fully verified and secondly

is it originally in your real name?

Can you prove proof it is in on demand of the buyer?

These are the things which should be in question when dealing with tranfers using paypal.
Too many deals here go a rye after a couple of weeks of being completed. Although charge backs can take up to 180 days to occur on your account.

So be cautious with whom you deal with so to avoid this from happening to you the seller of your bitcoin here.

@OP
Proceed with this guy and if he scams I would pay from my pocket, such is the trust I have in zazarb. Basically if you are trading with paypal it's always best to choose zazarb or someone trusted. You may also go with COINMAN but he is still not enough trusted as compared to zazarb.

Just keep a track for all your communications to get solutions in the event of any undesired things.
It is easy peasy to get paypal for your bitcoins while the opposite is difficult at times.

I think he doesn't want to do any more deals with the amount of requirements needed to trade with paypal here.
Might not have the account under his name from what I am assuming with how this transpired just before this message was posted by the OP.
