Hi,
I know the guy who runs Jagoo is on this site, I dont think the problem is specifically with them but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this.
I purchased $15 Giftcoin card from Jagoo, received the code immediately, put it into giftcoin.me site, double checked my address. This is where the difficulty started, I received a confirmation email from giftcoin, but I did not receive any funds in my account. This was almost 2 hours ago now. It also said on the giftcoin receipt $14 dollars redeemed rather than $15, which I had paid for.

Anyone know how long it normally takes? I thought it was meant to be virtually instant?

Just so I dont be the guy who leaves an issue unresolved, incase anyone else finds this post with the same issue:

- I received the coins from Giftcoin.me after about 4 hours.
- Still not sure why it only said paying out $14 rather than $15. Its meant to convert the entire $15 into BTC, they make profit because their exchange prices are higher.

- If you are looking to purchase coins with a credit card, these ones are expensive (>$200 a coin), so unless you urgently need a small amount on a weekend and the banks closed, Id recommend going with an exchange that takes cash deposit/other payment method to minimise fees etc.
- Total price of the fifteen dollar card was $17.99 off Jagoo.

you all got the code immediately?? I'm still waiting for mine. It's been 30 minutes! What is going on????
