I'm overseas and the internet speed here sucks. Can't download more than one episode/day and it's really frustrating me.

If you're in a place with a high-speed internet connection and would be willing to download TV shows for me I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm willing to pay 0.02BTC per season sent to me on DVD.

Plus my undying gratitued.

In which country do you live? I would recommend a USB drive instead of a DVD. But you should expect 0.15 per season, including the cost of USB drive and shipping charges.

I would do it for 0.15 btc per season.

i would do this for 0.10 bitcoins per season, i have a 160MBP/s  conenction and a burner, CD / USB costs would be included in that charge (would work out less than below me )

I could do 0.03 BTC per season + associated costs (The DVD's & Postage) if you wanted lots of things all sent together

Also would suggest USB might work out cheaper considering a 64GB USB can be got for £10

It depends what you want. From a quick look on the Royal mail site I should be able to post it for £3.50 (BTC0.04089). Estimated delivery time is up to 5 days, but I don't think that is guaranteed.
On the other hand for £50 (BTC0.5779) I can get you Next day tracked delivery. Its £8.90 (0.1032) for the cheapest tracked option.

If the delivery is untracked I would want full payment upfront, since even with an escrow any disputes are hard to resolve.

And coming to USB drives, I can get a cheap 64GB for £10. Again, I would take no responsibility if it broke in transit, so it may be worth getting something a bit more rugged/better brand name

Not to mention, if you wanted something sent tomorrow, it would have to be purchased from a shop which would probably double the price.

So if you work out what you would like. As said, if the delivery is untracked I would need full payment up front.
If it is tracked I am happy to use an escrow but any cost for that would be yours. You pay him. On you informing him or me providing proof of delivery to he pays me sort of thing.
Your minimum cost is looking at 0.04089 delivery, 0.1165 for a USB drive and 0.03*as many seasons as will fit. I am happy to source them for you or you provide download links/torrents etc. If it is me sourcing then unless otherwise specified I shall attempt to always go for DVD quality if possible.

All costs are pegged to MtGoxGBP apart from the 0.03 per season. Hence bitcoin prices should be considered a guide

I also believe if the OP is a UK citizen then sending him iPlayer files would be more of a legally grey area.

"you may not, and you may not assist anyone to, or attempt to[..], copy, reproduce, lend, hire,[..] broadcast, distribute,[..] transmit or otherwise use in any way BBC Online Services and/or BBC Content in whole or in part"

The reason I would have claimed legally grey is that if he had a right to watch them anyway, but simply could not through a legal manor due to the IP restrictions.
If the files were downloaded directly to a USB the only part of that which could be mentioned would be distribute, and since I my offer was not to make profit (When you consider all my costs (postage, media, bandwidth etc..) I doubt very much a case would be made against me. Common sense and most courts would throw the case out.

You wouldn't be liable for watching BBC content (on Youtube for example), but the uploader could possibly be.. like most copyright stuff it's only the distribution that's naughty, not the consumption.
