Post by: BitcoinHodler on April 28, 2017, 11:57:36 AM because it is an altcoin like any other altcoin. i'd say even worse because everyone thinks it is supposed to be worth 1 USD but in fact the creators don't even promise you that! and it is clearly stated in their website (tether.io?) that there is no guarantee of price being stable with USD.
and right now, people are dumping it because of fear of bitfinex. (i am not exactly sure how these two are connected but i think the same bank is backing both of them) Title: Re: Tether USD crashing?
