Not interested in the flavor of the week, but rather projects who actually have active devs.

New ICO's: Matchpool (GUP), Taas, Edgeless, Humaniq, Trust has active devs.
Also I'd like to mention Waves, it is developing very active even though it is more than 1 year old.

Lol, active devs.  It's sad that you'd even have to ask this question, and even sadder that the answer isn't clear.  Can any of you really tell an active developer from somebody who's just trying to put up a good website and signature campaign pretending to be someone who isn't just interested in stealing all your money?  I thought not.  You all need to beware.
