I've bought BTC in localbitcoins.com and using OKPAY+btc-e (took 1week+ to get the money I transfered to OKPAY...). What's the actual best way to do it? Transfering the money by moneygram and got the BTC within an hour. The problem though is they charge and arm and leg. Sent $100 and got like $80 worth of BTC after all the fees.
