Title: C-CEX delisting the following coins!
Post by: mynhpark on May 01, 2017, 05:00:36 AM
The following coins will be removed from C-CEX on 08.05.2017 if their average trading volume for the last month has not exceeded 0.2 BTC/day (6 BTC for last 30 days):

ArtexCoin [ATX], LuckChain [BASH], BiosCrypto [BIOS], BritCoin [BRIT], Bitquark [BTQ], CaliphCoin [CALC], PawnCash [CSH], CoreCoin [CRC], CreakCoin [CREAK], CereiPayCoin [CRPC], DubaiCoin [DBIC], DimeCoin [DIME], DT Token [DRACO], Eclipse [EC], EverGreenCoin [EGC], GoldBlocks [GB], BigLifeCoin [LFC], OTCCoin [OTX], PabyosiCoin [PBC], RideMyCar [RIDE], SunShotCoin [SSC], UCoin, VectorCoin 2.0 [VEC2], PureVidz [VIDZ], VitalAir [VTL], Wcoin [WCN], WorldGoldCoin [WGC], Fenix [XFX], LiteChain [XLTC], ExodusCoin [XODUS], Isotope [XTP], ZeroCoin [ZCOIN], BitZeny [ZNY].

Since, they have to free up server resources for new coins by delisting some coins which have consistently low trading volume.

They recommend to trade, sell or withdraw these coins before removal date, after which retrieval of any remaining balances for these coins will not be possible anymore.

However, they will not remove coins which will reach minimum trading volume requirement.

Do you hold any of these coins?

Looks over 80% of them are crap coins. I don't ever hear their name on the coinmarketcap. But it would be surprised for me because as far as I know if ccex full with crap coin. With low demand on volume in this day.
In my experience just try to trade on crap coin has the same meaning if you just flow your money to the scam market. I can say it just to fool a lot of people.
EDR, PUTIN, Trump, all of them are parts of the crap coin. Highest value at the first time and it gets dumped everytime.

Purevidz and goldblocks was one of the coin I used to trade before, it's sad that they have not gather much trader support and much of the previous trades that happened was because of people dumping their coins that they received from bounties. They should just list the worthy once unlike most of the coins that are currently in voting list which most are crappy dump coins.

The developers or the representatives of these coins can contact BLOCKnet devs here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829576.0

BLOCK has released a decentralized exchange. You can list any coin there and trade it against any crypto. Nobody can delist coins from Block`s platform.

Better than keeping them on life support like Yobit does. If they don't have necessary volume, they are not interesting for users, and making confusions, they must be delisted. Only we can discuss about limits and what is minimal volume.

Most likely the guys that will sue Poloniex will then go and sue C-CEX also. Say NO to delisting!

Any coin that hasnt traded 6 BTC for last 30 days probably isn't worth it for them to keep listed.
Either its a project without a lot of interest, or all the users are trading their coins on another exchange.

C-CEX delists coins from low trading volume over an extended period of time.

If people are trading those coins at other exchanges it's because those other exchanges do lower volume than C-CEX. Would seem to be a safe bet that they do this to keep their servers cleaner.

yobit use them for scamming, they do that stupid 0.1 volume pump and dump with bot and think that investors are so retarded to jump in and buy lol, i don't think they realized that it will never work, i still see it now with small shit coin, which will never be delisted

C-CEX does really remove crap coins on their site specially to those none-active or less volume and i would say its just right to do such thing because it better to remove those craps on the site so that possible traders wont really have the chance to buy those shit coins inside the site. Some people dont really like delisting because they do still believe on their coins that they are holding.

There are bunch of newbies who still learning, and they are easy target, while they learning. I finally can say Yobit is not bad exchange, working, it is nice environment but their etic lowers every day.
I have tried to sync few wallets and they are dead, in main threads you cannot find annything, no updates, no activity for months even years.. Do we really need those coins?

Good choice, if there is no volume there is no need to hold the market. They are dead coins anyway, general volume of C-Cex is already low. They just make a dead crowd there. Delist them and open better markets with high volume coins.

For what legal terms?

The moment those coins got listed in Poloniex, devs are truly aware that Poloniex is delisting coins once it doesn't reached the required trading volume in a certain given period of time. In that case, "average trading volume for the last month has not exceeded 0.2 BTC/day (6 BTC for last 30 days)".

That's one of the reason why I preferred doing altcoin trades at Poloniex.

I only have heard about few of these coins. I remember that PureVidz was actively advertised on bitcointalk.
It's good that c-cex informs users about delisting of coins and users have time sell, withdraw coins or increase trading volume to avoid delisting. If coin don't have trading volume, there is no point to keep it. C-cex have to free up server resources for new crap coins.

Exactly, it is waste keep on waiting for them because those coins are not generating any volumes and it does not help to Exchanges.
So delisting is the best choice for exchanges not only C-cex, there are many other exchanges where coins will be delisted.

some of them deserve to be delisted actually. they are shitcoins anyway and this is the time when their scam is about to end.
but i wonder if it will really help c-cex when they aren't really that reputable. i don't even trade there.

c-cex has know that what they must do for every altcoins inside them and if they decide to delisted them the main cause is because volume support for those coins was pretty low however i'm not so familiar with those delisted coins so fortunately i didn't hold one of them

Only one I recognize is Vertcoin. That one was actually popular in the past. Other ones I've never even seen.

I ask BitQuark (BTQ) about this. And this is his reply,

I'm very concerned about BitQuark.
C-cex emailed me, and said that on August 7, 2017 they will be delisting many coins that don't have 6 BTC monthly trading volume or 0.2 BTC daily trading volume.
BTQ is among those coins mentioned.
Now what's our plan dev?

BTQ is no longer on the delisting list.
