i think all people never interest youre package investment
if you real project, real business and good business you can create new altcoin and then open ico selling

There is already a project like this in a more advanced stage. They created like a country inside Norway.

How much does the land cost? Why would people want to live there?

This idea needs to be more elaborated before you start asking for other's money.

Just on to the previous comments, just bluntly posting you btc address there as if no more investment information is needed is quite laughable.
Please do create an actual presentation, a website with consonant domain.
All further information can be found online searching "how to make a business proposal" or "investment proposal"

100 Btc investment? Is that pretty ambitious attempt and how could you say you can delivered some lifetime profits for your investor? Are you sure you own that? We truly doubting for this men since your asking amount is so big where people can be broke if something bads happen on that.

Post strong proof since i think you posted some not enough things on this thread.

I agree on what you have said,OP should elaborate important things in the description so that potential investors would be somehow get interested when the project do have the potential to generate income and talking about 100 btc is already huge to be asked and also this might not be possible if you got directly on online maybe in offline its possible but here on this forum and specially to far places then this thing would be rejected.

I think you should hire a reputable escrow that would hold the 100 BTC because that is a large amount of money. And honestly speaking, I will not entrust this to a single person like you. And the plans were not that clear though. I think you should put real photos for the site and not by wiki map. Then crowdfund is safer if you create a site with your plans of course (stated creating a site, that should be included). Well, Good luck with your project. I don't see it being a successful one. But, building some trust and clarifying your plans will help you succeed with your project.

Yes, good points. OP doesn't have anything concrete yet, just plans... Looks he is starting to search for the "land" to buy. When he does it, please, post here the pictures, so we can see the place.

OP, keep doing your project step by step, check everything first (the prices, the place, if it will work or not) before asking for money.

And one question: People from other countries not in Europe will be able to enter there in this community? And how would be the laws there, same laws of Estonia?

Can you tell us about your experience in the field and why should someone just trust you with 100 BTC? Is there any guaranteed return over investment and who will be doing the audits?
