The mods in the trolbox are saying that the time of delisting is unknown to them. I don't know what happens with your wallet once the coins are delisted.

They will be de-listed (or maybe disabled for trading), their price would drop on other exchanges (in case they are listed on any other than Poloniex), and to be honest, no one would even care about them because most of them, if not all, don't have any significant role/purpose.

You need to withdraw those coins. They get delisted, and the wallets are maintained for a few weeks, and after that you lose the coins. So transfer them to an exchange where you can sell them.

They will be delisted how about the coins in the exchange?

Lets say if i am out of my place for weeks.

But my wallet held 5000 of x coins which are going to delist

After coins is delisted, can i still withdraw it?

You should withdraw your coins to new wallet as well as not the one wallet which is generated on Poloniex. Because after delisting happen they will remove all of wallets on it. ya and it means you lose the coins too :)

No, you can't withdraw those coins after being de-listed – that's why the exchanges give a period of time for holders to withdraw their coins. If you see any of the going-to-be-delisted coins, you will find a message warning about withdrawing them before the time set for the de-listing process.

If a one altcoin will delisted in some major exchange like poloniex that altcoin will be affected especially on their price and market cap.

If i hold the coins in the exchange and not withdrawing, it will just dissapear?
No.
The delisted altcoin is still their especially the altcoin wallet but you will not able to trade it in that exchange.
Its better to move your altcoin to other exchange to avoid some unexpected problems.

Yes you can. I was told the wallet will remain and you will be able to withdraw indefinitely. Once your balance is 0 the coin disappears from your balances list.

I have like 267 thousand Q2C coins that are still showing in my poloniex account... I know this coin was delisted long time ago but my balance still shows the coins and I can still use the withdraw button,
but the withdraw never goes through just sits there saying pending... Those coin in todays value is worth close to 4k a lot of money for me.. and I have tried to contact Poloniex support but they never reply..

I do hope that sooner or later I can get those coins back and more them onto Cryptopia so I can trade them again.

If they were delisted why did they not remove them from peoples wallets also?
